Moissanite is a genuine gemstone made of silicon carbide. It is created in a lab, which makes its quality consistent, and it rates 9.25 on the Mohs hardness scale (diamond is 10), so it stands up to everyday wear without clouding. VVS1 is a clarity grade meaning "very, very slightly included": any inclusions are extremely difficult to see even under 10x magnification. Every stone we set is VVS1 moissanite. Our Cuban link and tennis chains and bracelets are crafted on a brass base and finished in 14K gold plating or platinum plating. Our stud earrings are made in S925 sterling silver, finished in 14K gold or white gold. Every piece is set with VVS1 moissanite and made in our own factory in Guangzhou.

Plating is a surface finish, so how you care for it matters. Keep your jewelry away from water, perfume and chemicals, take it off before showering, swimming or working out, store each piece separately, and wipe it with a soft cloth after wearing. Every order is inspected by our QC team and shipped fully insured and tracked. Once your order ships, Standard Insured Shipping to the US and Canada takes 3–7 business days and is free over $150, Express Insured Shipping within the US takes 1–2 business days, and International Insured delivery takes 5–10 business days and is free over $500. Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange an unworn catalog piece in its original packaging. Custom and private-label pieces are made to your specification and are final sale. Read our return policy.

16" is a choker length, 18" sits at the collarbone, 20" is the classic men's length, 22" falls just below the collarbone and 24" sits mid-chest, which is great for layering. Wider chains such as the 14MM Cuban lie flat and sit slightly lower. Available lengths vary by width and finish; our size guide lists every option.

Our Cuban link chains and bracelets come in 8.5MM (a classic everyday width), 10MM (a bold, balanced statement) and 14MM (maximum presence). Tennis chains and bracelets come in 5MM stones for refined sparkle or 6.5MM stones for statement sparkle. If this is your first iced piece, 8.5MM or 10MM Cuban and 5MM tennis are easy to wear every day.

The size is the width of the stone, and each size has its own carat weight per stone. Princess cut studs come in 4MM to 8MM (0.36 ct to 2.61 ct each) and round brilliant studs in 4MM to 10MM (0.3 ct to 4 ct each). The full size and carat table is in our size guide.

Chains and bracelets come in 14K Gold, a warm yellow plating, or Platinum, a bright white plating; both are finished over a brass base. Stud earrings come in 14K Gold or White Gold plating over S925 sterling silver. Every finish is set with the same VVS1 moissanite.

We recommend taking your jewelry off first. Water, chlorine, salt water, perfume and other chemicals wear on plating over time. Put your pieces on after lotion and cologne, store them separately, and wipe them with a soft cloth after wearing. See our jewelry care guide.

It takes five steps: share your idea with any reference images, consult with a master jeweler on the details, approve a 3D or wax prototype, then we craft and hand-set your piece in our own Guangzhou factory, and our QC team inspects, packs and ships it to you. Nothing is made until you approve the design.

Because every custom piece is made to your approved design, custom orders are final sale. That is why we share a prototype for your approval first. If a custom piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, our Quality Promise applies.

Before your order leaves us, our QC team inspects every piece and it is packed securely. As soon as it ships, we email you a tracking number. Available shipping methods and their cost are shown at checkout.

Yes. Every shipment is fully insured for its full value and tracked door to door, and orders over $500 may require a signature on delivery.

Yes. International Insured delivery takes 5–10 business days after dispatch and is free on orders over $500. Import duties and taxes may be collected by your local customs office on delivery.

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also check its status any time on our order tracking page using your order number and email address.

Send us a message through our contact page with your order number within 30 days of delivery, and our team will reply with return instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method.

If your order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we will update the address. Once an order has shipped, we can ask the carrier to redirect it, but this is not always possible.

Moissanite is much harder than cubic zirconia (9.25 vs about 8.5 on the Mohs scale), so it resists scratches and does not cloud over time, and it has more brilliance and fire. Cubic zirconia is a budget option; moissanite is a genuine gemstone that keeps its sparkle with simple care.
