From first sketch to finished piece in five simple steps — with a master jeweler by your side the whole way.

Submit your idea
Tell us what you have in mind and upload any sketches, logos or inspiration photos. A rough idea is all we need to begin.

02 Step 2
Consult with a master jeweler
We talk through the design, size, materials, stones and budget with you, online or at our San Francisco headquarters, then send a detailed, no-obligation quote.

03 Step 3
Approve your 3D or wax prototype
We develop your design as a 3D model or wax prototype so you can review the proportions and details. Nothing is made until you approve it.

04 Step 4
Crafted & hand-set in our factory
Our master jewelers mold, assemble, hand-set and polish your piece in our own Guangzhou factory, where you are welcome to see it being made.

05 Step 5
QC, packaging & delivery
Our QC team inspects every detail against your approved design, then your piece is packed with care and shipped fully insured and tracked.

It takes five steps: share your idea with any reference images, consult with a master jeweler on the details, approve a 3D or wax prototype, then we craft and hand-set your piece in our own Guangzhou factory, and our QC team inspects, packs and ships it to you. Nothing is made until you approve the design.
Our master jewelers can craft an endless variety of fine jewelry: custom chains and bracelets, earrings, pendants, rings and one-of-a-kind designs, made to your specification. Our signature styles are Cuban links, tennis chains and stud earrings set with VVS1 moissanite.
Pricing depends on the design, size, materials and number of stones. Tell us about your idea on our custom page and we will send a detailed quote, free and with no obligation.
It depends on the design and its complexity. Your production timeline is confirmed with your quote, before anything is made. If you have a date in mind, tell us when you request your quote.
Yes. We partner with brands, retailers and designers around the world to develop their own collections, from our signature styles finished under your brand to entirely new designs. Learn more about wholesale and private label.
Because every custom piece is made to your approved design, custom orders are final sale. That is why we share a prototype for your approval first. If a custom piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, our Quality Promise applies.
